We reserve the right to censor any vendor or booth.

No sales or fundraising will be taking place in your booth. Only information and resources can be distributed at your booth. If you want to sell items or fundraise money for your organization, you will have to pay the full fee of $125 as a craft or $200 food vendor. If we found sales for profit taking place at your booth the day of the event without paying the fee you will be expelled from the event premises.

VENDORS RESPONSIBILITY

Must bring your own tables and chairs. Setup can start on Friday Sept 18, from 10am-5pm. Event starts at 12:00pm Saturday September 19. Please have your own insurance if you are setting up on Friday.

Break down begins at 8:30pm.
Please wait for our staff to check your area for cleanness and no food or oil spills. Please wait for staff to clear your area. If staff does not clear your area and it has to be cleaned up, or any spills or oil is found in your area, you will be held liable for a fee to be charged to your card on file.

Booths MUST be OPENED and MAINTAINED during ALL HOURS of operation, from 12:00pm - 8:30pm. Must have your own personnel or volunteers for your organization to watch your booth. Must always have at least 1 personnel at your booth at all times.

Maintain your area clean and free of clutter during event. Please clean up your area at conclusion of the event.

MUST bring your own fire extinguishers.
If you're a food vendor you must bring your own tarps to protect concrete and/or grass from oil and cooking residues, your own table, chairs and tent (canopy) no bigger than 10X12. If we find residues of food or oil or damages, you may be liable to have extra charges that will be charged to your credit card on-file.

In case of RAIN! EVENT RESCHEDULE
RAIN DATE is set for Saturday September 26; all rules apply as far as setup beginning Friday September 25.

All animals or pets must be on a leash, please make sure your pet is well behaved as there will be other animals and a petting zoo.

Gambling or other illegal activities is prohibited.

Selling of beer or alcohol is prohibited at any booth. Only CHAFF and Rancho Mimosa is permitted to have a station to sell alcohol.

Please refrain from any activities that might endanger the lives and safety of others or damage the facility. Refrain from any activities or events that are deemed detrimental to the overall good of the community.

No part of the Vendor Spot Fee is refundable, due to any cancellation or change of date or change of venue beyond our control. See #06
CHAFF, its affiliates, sponsors, and personnel are not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or broken before, during, or after the event. Or any items left behind on the premises after conclusion of the event. It's prohibited to bring, sale, or distribute items such as: drugs, alcohol, weapons, or pornography items at the event. All booths must adhere to all rules and regulations. Please decorate your booth accordingly. Attire, music, instruments, and performances must be child-family friendly.
ANY VIOLATION OF THE AFOREMENTIONED FROM YOUR BUSINESS OR YOUR PERSONNEL, CAN BE SUBJECT TO PROSECUTION. GOVERNED BY THE LAWS IN THE STATE OF TENNESSEE AND CITY OF CLARKSVILLE. PLEASE CLICK BELOW THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE WITH ALL THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE EVENT.
BY PARTICIPATING, VENDORS AND THEIR PERSONNEL AND REPRESENTATIVES, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS CHAFF AND ITS ORGANIZERS AND SPONSORS AND ITS AFFILIATES, PRINCIPALS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, VOLUNTEERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS INCLUDING VENUE AND VENUE AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING DIRECT, SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES), LOSS OR INJURY OF ANY KIND, OR CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE ORGANIZERS. WHETHER ARISING OUT OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT OR OTHERWISE. BY SIGNING YOU ALSO WAIVE YOUR RIGHTS TO BEING VIDEO TAPED OR PHOTOGRAPHED FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADVERTISING FOR THE EVENT BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER THE EVENT.
THE HISPANIC HERITAGE CLARKSVILLE FESTIVAL IS HOSTED BY THE CLARKSVILLE HISPANIC AMERICAN FAMILY FOUNDATION (CHAFF).
THIS EVENT IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY OTHER CITY OR STATE EVENT OR WITH ANY OTHER FESTIVAL.
Food Vendors Must have their own Fire Extinguishers, Grease Mats, and or Extension Cords.
