Rules and regulations

1) Fee: $75

2) We reserve the right to censor any booth. You can only advertisement or hand out information on your business that you applied for. No other business/es may be advertised at your booth, if another business is advertised you may be charged an extra fee of $75.

Booth Responsibility:

a. Must bring own chairs; tables are the first come first serve. There may also be a limited availability of tables and chairs. Set-up time 10:00am – 12:00p.m. Break down begins at 4:50pm.

b. Booths MUST be OPENED and MAINTAINED during ALL HOURS of operation, from 1:00pm - 5:00pm. Must have your own personnel or volunteers for your business to watch your booth. Must always have at least 1 personnel at your booth at ALL times.

c. Maintaining your area clean and free of clutter during the event. Please clean up your area at conclusion of event. You may be charged a fee of $50 for cleanup, if your area is left unclean after event ends. Helium balloons, silly string, confetti, loose glitter, or marbles are not allowed in the facility. Only service animals performing a specific task allowed indoors. Please wait for our staff to check your area for cleanness and no food or oil spills. Please wait for staff to clear your area. If staff does not clear your area and it has to be cleaned up, or any spills or oil is found in your area, you will be held liable for a fee to be charged.

C.H.A.F.F., its affiliates, sponsors, and personnel, DoubleTree Hotel and its affiliates are not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or broken, before, during or after event or any items left behind on the premises after conclusion of event.

It is prohibited to bring, sale, or distribute items such as drug paraphernalia, alcohol, weapons, or pornography items at event. No gambling or illegal activities.

All booths must adhere to all rules and regulations. This is a family friendly event, please decorate your booth accordingly. We appreciate you and look forward to having your business at the Clarksville's 1St Annual 2025 Quinceañera & Sweet 16 Expo.
