Photo & Media Consent
By attending CHAFF events, including Día del Niño and other community programs, participants and guests acknowledge that photos, video, or audio recordings may be taken for promotional and educational purposes. These materials may be used by CHAFF in print, social media, marketing materials, or on our website to highlight community activities and programs. If a parent or guardian prefers that a child not be photographed, they should notify event organizers at the event check-in.
Donations & Sponsorships
The Clarksville Hispanic American Family Foundation (CHAFF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families, youth, and cultural programs in our community. Donations and sponsorships made through this website help support community events, educational programs, and initiatives such as Día del Niño and youth mentorship opportunities. Contributions may be tax-deductible as permitted by law. Donors should consult a tax professional for specific guidance.
Community Conduct
CHAFF is committed to creating a respectful and welcoming environment for all families, volunteers, sponsors, and community members. Visitors who interact with our website, social media, or events are expected to communicate respectfully and refrain from harassment, misuse of content, or disruptive behavior. CHAFF reserves the right to remove inappropriate content or restrict participation in online platforms or events if community standards are not respected.
Children’s Participation & Parent Consent
CHAFF programs and events, including Día del Niño and youth initiatives, are designed to celebrate and support children and families in our community. Participation by minors in activities, contests, performances, or programs requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children during events unless otherwise specified in a program activity.
By allowing a child to participate in CHAFF events or programs, the parent or guardian acknowledges that the child may participate in recreational or educational activities organized by volunteers or event partners. CHAFF works to provide a safe and welcoming environment; however, parents and guardians remain responsible for their child’s supervision, safety, and well-being during events.
CHAFF may collect limited registration information necessary to organize youth programs, contests, or scholarship initiatives. This information will only be used for program administration and communication with parents or guardians.
Parents or guardians who have questions about youth participation, safety guidelines, or consent may contact CHAFF organizers prior to or during the event.
